Logo Designs
Making logos has become a new interest of mine and I enjoy doing them. The top logo was done for a blog website called US Futblog, which discusses all the latest news about the US Soccer team. The logo underneath is my logo. It originally consisted of just the head, which are my initials. I then added a color portrait of my body to give it an interesting and abstract feel. Both were done on Illustrator.
Last Stand Assignment
This was my latest painting done completely with oil paints, for my Media Techniques class. The assignment was titled Last Stand, and had to have a sci-fi/ fantasy theme, where two or more figures were fighting off some sort of villain or were in a state of crisis.

Sketchbook Character Drawings
These are just two of many character drawings I do in my sketchbooks. They're not for any class projects or based off anything, they are characters that I made up on my own. Then underneath them are color copies that I made in Illustrator by scanning them, and then drawing on top.

Reflection Project
This was just recently finished for my Intro to Illustration class. The topic was to make a piece that featured a reflection. Here is my take on it, done with watercolor and a drawing in ink over it.
Character Design
This was our first project of the Spring Semester in my Intro to Illustration class. Here's my design, Mob Boss "Alfredo Fumatore," done with an ink drawing and watercolor.

Tyson Chandler Illustrator Drawing
Foundation Drawing Pieces
These are two pieces I made last year, Fall Semester, and still admire them, even though there are some things I'd definitely like to fix. Both of these pieces are copies of famous works of art and are as follows:
- Not sure of the artist but is a sketch of Fear/Anger
-Gustave Courbet's “Le Désespéré”
Kid Cudi Portrait
For all you Kid Cudi fans out there, here is a portrait of him I made for my Media Techniques class. This was done on black scratchboard, and my first time using it as well, pretty fun once you get the hang of it.
Surrealist Value Drawing
For my Media Techniques class we needed to create a surrealist value drawing. The idea behind my piece is like "you are what you eat"and just the idea of engorging yourself in the foods we eat.
Portrait- Joe Ciardiello Style
Here is a portrait of Toulouse- Lautrec drawn with pencil done in my Media Techniques class. The objective was to make a portrait of a person we chose randomly in the style done by Joe Ciardiello.
Figure Drawing
These are two drawings that were done in the Spring of last year for my Figure Drawing class. The first piece was based off of a phobia that people have called sciaphobia or a fear of shadows, which I don't have, even though that is me in the picture. And the second piece is a self-portrait of me as boxer made with charcoal and pastel over a magazine and tissue paper collage.
Book Illustration
This illustration was done for my Media Techniques class in which we needed to choose a poem or part of story that were written by students in elementary school and illustrate it for a book to be compiled. Here's both the line drawing and the final with watercolor added.
Intro to Illustration pieces
Here are four more projects from my Intro to Illustration class in the Fall Semester. All of them are done with watercolor, and only the first three have an ink drawing over it. These are the topics of each piece in order:
- Lord of the Flies Parody
- Composition influenced by famous old painting
- Vampire composition
- Self- Portrait
